1. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your Aurora Steps account and view your order status anytime.

2. How long does shipping take?

  • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days
    (Please note: shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier.)

3. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, please email us at admin@aurorasteps.co.uk.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can modify or cancel it. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at admin@aurorasteps.co.uk.
